We are seeking an experienced Transactional Trust & Estate Paralegal to join our growing San Jose practice. This role focuses on sophisticated estate planning, trust administration, and wealth transfer strategies for individuals, families, and closely held businesses. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, client-focused, and skilled in drafting and implementing customized estate planning solutions.

• Draft and review estate planning documents, including revocable and irrevocable trusts, wills, powers of attorney, advance healthcare directives, and beneficiary designations

• 3+ years of experience in transactional trust and estate planning (additional experience welcome)
