Excellent opportunity for a Contract Business Immigration Attorneys to join a prestigious law firm with a high-volume, fast-paced practice. Role will focus on broad based business immigration matters, including:
Adjustment of Status, RFEs, IV & NIV matters. Must be able to work PST hours. Remote opportunity.

Profile- JD or LLM from an American Bar Association accredited law school
- Member in good standing of a US State Bar
- Experience as a practicing business immigration attorney
- Must have adjustment of status experience and RFE experience
- Available to work PST hours and support a team remotely
- Competitive hourly rate
