Our San Jose office is actively recruiting for an Estate Planning Associate Attorney with 3 to 7 years of experience in estate planning. The applicant should have an LLM (Tax) or LLM (Estate Planning).

Candidates should possess a strong academic background, a proven track record of strong performance and measurable results, with exceptional communication, analytical, and writing skills. The ability to be a creative thinker and problem solver and to work independently and with a team is also required. Candidate must have a J.D. from an accredited law school and current good standing with the California State Bar.

The Estate Planning Associate's salary range for this position in our San Jose office is $170,000 to $240,000. The successful candidate's salary for this position is reasonably expected to be set within this range; however, actual compensation will depend on a variety of factors, including, without limitation, the candidate's qualifications and experience.
