ISC Operations Manager

As an ISC Operations Manager at Honeywell, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing our end-to-end supply chain processes, overseeing the integration of procurement, production, inventory management, distribution, and logistics to drive operational excellence.

Hybrid, On‑site, or Remote as per company policy.

• Monitor and develop build rates for manufacturing lines.
• Oversee and integrate procurement, production, inventory management, and distribution processes.
• Develop and execute strategies for optimizing the entire supply chain.
• Forecast demand, analyze market trends, and make data‑driven recommendations for planning.
• Manage supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely and cost‑effective procurement.
• Streamline processes to enhance efficiency, reduce lead times, and minimize costs.
• Implement lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Work closely with production, logistics, finance, and other departments to ensure alignment.
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for the integrated supply chain.
• Prepare and present regular reports to senior management, highlighting achievements and improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with quality assurance teams to uphold established quality standards.

• 6+ years of experience in supply chain management, with a focus on integration and optimization.
• Experience providing guidance and coaching to direct and/or indirect reports.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with familiarity in ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems and other relevant software.
• Knowledge of industry best practices, emerging trends, and technologies in supply chain management.

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Proven track record of driving operational excellence and achieving results.
• Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Continuous improvement mindset and a passion for driving change.

Must be a US Citizen due to contractual requirements.

Annual base salary range: $135,000 - $160,000. Salary determined by experience, education, and market.
