Job Summary
Parts Specialist – responsible for providing high‑level service to retail and installer customers, supporting store management, and maintaining inventory in the parts department. The role requires bilingual communication skills.
Key Responsibilities- Assist technicians by accurately identifying and sourcing parts for service and repairs.
- Maintain and organize inventory to ensure availability and efficiency.
- Process incoming and outgoing service part orders.
- Coordinate parts for vehicle reconditioning.
- Support store managers in accomplishing assigned tasks.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish.
- Experience with parts management and inventory control.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work various shifts and adapt to changing priorities.
