Role:
Service Parts Management Specialist (Servigistics)
Location:
San Jose, CA or RTP, NC (Hybrid), 2 days office 3 days remote.
Duration:
Long Term Contract
- Hands‑on experience in Service Parts Management (PTC‑Servigistics) functional, configuration & implementation
- Demand & Supply Planning
- Oracle Order Management, Inventory Management, B2B
- Basic knowledge in SQL/PLSQL
- Knowledge in Inventory Management & Optimization
- Exposure to Reverse Logistics
- Ability to capture and communicate requirements effectively
- Excellent communication skills
- Knowledge in Service Parts Management (SPM), PTC‑Servigistics functional, configuration & implementation
- Working knowledge of Oracle Inventory Management, Order Management, and B2B platforms
- Strong analytical & problem‑solving skills

- Supply Chain Planning & Scheduling
