Inside Sale Representative

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Inside Sales Representative to support strategic customer accounts within the semiconductor industry. The role plays a key part in driving day-to-day account operations, ensuring seamless order fulfillment, and supporting customer engagement across all stages of the product lifecycle.

• Serve as a key point of contact for customer operational and commercial inquiries.
• Support Account Managers in managing key accounts, including Tier 1 OEMs and ODMs.
• Maintain strong customer relationships through responsive communication and issue resolution.
• Track customer forecasts, purchase orders, and shipment schedules.
• Manage end-to-end order fulfillment: order entry, backlog tracking, and shipment coordination.
• Monitor supply allocation, lead times, and delivery commitments in a dynamic environment.
• Work cross-functionally with supply chain, planning, and logistics teams to ensure on-time delivery.
• Support demand planning and forecast alignment with customers and internal teams.
• Track pricing changes and support communication with customers.
• Coordinate internally with finance, legal, and business units to support commercial activities.
• Support new product introduction (NPI) programs and ongoing customer projects.
• Coordinate with engineering teams on customer requirements and timelines.
• Track key milestones, risks, and follow-up actions.
• Conduct data analysis and prepare reports on customer forecasts, demand trends, market conditions, pricing dynamics, and supply-demand changes.

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, supply chain, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in inside sales, sales operations, or customer support.
• Experience in semiconductor, electronics, or high-tech industry preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Experience supporting global customers (OEMs, ODMs, or EMS).
• Familiarity with semiconductor supply chain dynamics (lead times, allocation, pricing cycles).
• Experience with ERP/CRM systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Salesforce).
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Salary range: $150,000 - $240,000. Employee may be eligible for performance bonus, short- and long-term incentive programs.
