Pay: $28.00 – $35.00 per hour

You will play a key role in sourcing materials, managing vendor relationships, and supporting project cost control to ensure successful project delivery.

• Negotiate with suppliers to secure competitive pricing and favorable contract terms
• Build and maintain strong vendor relationships to ensure quality and timely delivery
• Perform cost analysis and identify opportunities for cost savings
• Collaborate with project managers and finance teams to develop and manage budgets
• Monitor project costs and report on variances
• Coordinate with field teams to ensure accurate procurement of materials
• Resolve invoicing discrepancies and mitigate financial risks
• Maintain organized records of contracts, purchase orders, and vendor data

• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Knowledge of construction materials, procurement processes, and industry standards
• Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain (construction preferred)
• Proficiency in cost analysis and budget tracking
• Comfortable working in an onsite environment in San Jose, CA
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
