You will play a key role in sourcing materials, managing vendor relationships, and supporting project cost control to ensure successful project delivery.

- Negotiate with suppliers to secure competitive pricing and favorable contract terms
- Build and maintain strong vendor relationships to ensure quality and timely delivery
- Perform cost analysis and identify opportunities for cost savings
- Collaborate with project managers and finance teams to develop and manage budgets
- Monitor project costs and report on variances
- Coordinate with field teams to ensure accurate procurement of materials
- Resolve invoicing discrepancies and mitigate financial risks
- Maintain organized records of contracts, purchase orders, and vendor data
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Knowledge of construction materials, procurement processes, and industry standards
- Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain (construction preferred)
- Proficiency in cost analysis and budget tracking
- Comfortable working in an onsite environment in San Jose, CA
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
