Responsibilities

We are building a professional infrastructure business sourcing & supply chain team responsible for end-to-end supplier sourcing, procurement management, contract lifecycle operation, vendor relationship maintenance and project business support for server, switch, RPDU and other data center miscellaneous (misc) & supporting services. Relying on standardized sourcing processes and compliant business operations, we support the stable operation and global business expansion of the company's CDN, data center and infrastructure service business.

The role focuses on both daily operational execution and standardized process landing, which is suitable for candidates with solid business literacy and strong execution to grow into professional sourcing and supply chain management talents. As a Supply Chain Sourcing / Specialist, you will be responsible for daily sourcing operation, vendor management, project business coordination and process compliance management, independently promoting the smooth implementation of various procurement and sourcing projects. Your core responsibilities include:

  • Assist in daily business sourcing strategies and operational work, business demand matching, progress tracking and regular work summary & report output.
  • Support the whole process of bidding, RFX inquiry and procurement negotiation for annual routine projects and temporary incremental projects, assist in sorting out project demands and completing supplier business docking.
  • Take charge of end-to-end contract lifecycle management, including new contract signing, renewal, revision, and asset transaction arrangement.
  • Follow up global/regional project quotation work, track supplier response progress, coordinate internal technical, product and account teams, and jointly promote the final landing and closing of projects.
  • Sort out and maintain business price verification documents and process files, conduct regular document sorting and review, and ensure that all business operations comply with company systems and industry specifications.
  • Assist in new supplier development, registration and access work, complete supplier business review, compliance verification and cross-department coordination, and enrich the company's supplier resource pool.
  • Dock and communicate efficiently with long-term cooperative suppliers and internal cross-functional teams (Legal, Finance, Tax, Compliance, Business, Technical teams) to solve business problems and ensure efficient business execution.
  • Responsible for daily business data statistics and maintenance, regularly sort out business cost data, support cost accounting, TCO analysis and business optimization work, and provide data support for subsequent sourcing strategy adjustment.
Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications
- Individuals who are completing or have recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, Economics and other related majors
- Basic business literacy and market awareness, with an understanding of the fundamental logic behind sourcing, procurement, vendor management, and contract management
- Familiar with basic office and supply chain tools; able to support data sorting, progress tracking, report preparation, and RFX process initiation with guidance
- Detail-oriented, patient, and responsible, with the ability to balance repetitive operational tasks and project-based work
- Strong communication and coordination skills, comfortable engaging with cross-department and external stakeholders
- Foundational awareness of data center infrastructure supply chains — some familiarity with sourcing and delivery concepts for servers, switches, RPDUs, misc hardware, and VARs (Value Added Resellers) is a plus, whether gained through coursework, internships, or personal interest

Preferred Qualifications
- Internship, co-op, or project experience in sourcing, procurement, vendor management, contract administration, or business operations
- Exposure to service sourcing, procurement bidding, contract lifecycle concepts, or supplier management through academic projects or internships
