Supply Chain Coordinator

• Source and evaluate suppliers, negotiatepricingand contracts.

• Maintain supplier relationships andmonitorvendor performance.

• Develop and implement Sourcing Strategies for the main categories of spend.

• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as Cost Savings, Cost Avoidance, and lead time.

• Use Microsoft Dynamics to analyze performance and generate reports.

• Identify areas for process improvement and cost reduction.

• Ensure supply chain activities comply with company policies, laws, and ethical standards.

• Mitigate supply risks by developing contingency and sourcing plans.

• Expand and implement policies and processes in alignment with company's ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) goals

• Work cross-functionally with procurement,logistics, finance, and operations teams.

• Communicate updates to management and stakeholdersregardingsupply chain performance.

• Provide leadership and procurement guidance to Purchasing team

• Salary range of $59,000- $79,000 annually, based on your experience and skills

• Requires a bachelor's degree

• Recommended 5 years ofpurchasingexperience

• Recommended 1-3 years of direct vendor management and negotiation

• Experience with purchasing in an ERP systems like Microsoft Dynamics and SAP

• Proven experience in sourcing, vendor evaluation, contract negotiation, and cost analysis.

• Ability to develop strategic procurement plans and align supply chain strategies with long-term business goals.

• Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes, KPIs, and performance dashboards.

• Skilled at building supplier relationships and driving cross-functional collaboration.

• Strong problem-solving, communication, and process improvement skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office; able to work independently and manage competing priorities effectively.
