Figure is seeking an experienced supply chain leader to develop sourcing strategies for battery cells and pack-level components. You will lead cross-functional teams to identify, qualify, and onboard suppliers while driving cost reductions and risk mitigation across global regions.
Responsibilities include leading RFX, cost modeling, and supplier negotiations, owning should-cost models, and aligning tooling strategies with capacity plans. Travel is expected ~25% of the time.
