Import​/Export Logistics Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Transportation Management: Coordinating shipping, selecting carriers, and planning routes for timely, cost-efficient delivery.
• Logistics Coordination: Coordinate with freight forwarders, carriers, and customs brokers for timely shipment delivery.
• Compliance & Customs: Ensure all imports/exports adhere to international and local trade regulations, including tariffs and licenses.
• Sales Order Management Coordination: Coordinated local deliveries and international export operations in a timely and efficient manner to meet customer requirements.
• Supply Chain Coordination: Managing the end-to-end flow of materials, including purchasing receiving process, tracking, and receipt.

  Collaborating internally with colleagues, team members, managers; and externally liaising with suppliers, manufacturers, warehouses, and customers.
• Documentation Management: Prepare and review shipping documents, including bills of lading (air waybill), commercial invoices, and packing lists.
• Process Optimization: Analyzing data to improve logistical efficiency, reduce operating costs, and solve disruptions.
