About our Team
We’re Adobe’s Supply Chain Operations (SCO) team, operating worldwide production, fulfillment, and distribution behind Adobe’s physical and point‑of‑sale products. We manage demand planning all the way to invoicing and deliver strong collaboration across regions.
The OpportunityThis role leads SCO for the Singapore hub, manages one Sales Operations specialist, and serves as the primary contact for production, turnkey, and distribution. It owns SAP S/4
HANA planning coordination and balances day‑to‑day operations with strategic cost, compliance, and vendor relationships.
- Run daily flow of orders and shipments worldwide—reviewing demand/supply and issuing EDI purchase orders to turnkey partners.
- Resolve order, shipment, or customs issues with Sales, Order Management, and logistics teams across NA, EMEA, APAC, and Japan.
- Own COGS for print, production, and distribution; approve freight and vendor invoices, and issue monthly invoices for our entities.
- Conduct quarter‑end closure, set excess‑and‑obsolete reserves, reconcile inventory, and manage returns.
- Lead product launches—set up new perpetual, subscription, and POSA SKUs, verify test‑card and link‑map readiness, and coordinate with Product, Sales, and turnkey teams to meet launch schedules.
- Ensure compliance through SOX controls, tax and environmental reporting for EMEA (Green Dot, EUDR, PPWR), and on‑site vendor audits for modern‑slavery and labor requirements.
- Coach the Sales Operations specialist responsible for partnership and revenue dashboards.
- Solid experience in supply chain, production planning or distribution operations.
- Hands‑on SAP S/4
HANA and EDI order‑to‑cash knowledge. - Proficiency in managing COGS, freight, and invoices.
- Detail‑oriented compliance and audit skills (SOX a plus).
- Track record of managing vendors and external partners.
- Clear communication across regions and inward teams.
- People‑management experience or readiness to manage one direct report.
- Plus:
Familiarity with POSA or Livecard fulfillment, Power BI or Tableau reporting, or APAC regional operations.

CompensationThe U.S. pay range for this position is $95,100–$195,900 annually, varying by location and experience. In California the range is $135,300–$195,900.
