SummaryThis role involves leading cross-functional product lifecycle, PLM, hardware NPI, configuration management, and operational readiness programs for complex hardware infrastructure products. You will work closely with Engineering, Product Management, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Procurement, Operations, and external suppliers/ODM/CM partners to drive products from product definition and BOM development through NPI, production readiness, deployment, sustaining, and EOL.
Key Responsibilities- Manage PLM activities including BOMs, product structures, SKUs, product master data, revisions, and lifecycle states.
- Drive ECO/MCO, change control, approvals, effectivity, and configuration management processes.
- Lead hardware programs across prototype, engineering builds, qualification, NPI, production ramp, sustaining, and EOL.
- Coordinate Engineering, Supply Chain, Procurement, Manufacturing, Quality, Fulfillment, Finance, and Operations teams.
- Ensure material availability, supplier commitments, inventory, demand, shortages, and build readiness align with program schedules.
- Partner with ODMs, CMs, suppliers, and 3PL partners to resolve operational and production constraints.
- Support PLM/ERP implementations, system migrations, UAT, workflow design, and business-process improvements.
- Develop dashboards and KPIs covering BOM health, lifecycle status, change management, operational readiness, and program performance.
- 7+ years of experience in Technical Program Management, PLM, Hardware NPI, Operations Program Management, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- Strong experience with PLM, BOM/product structures, configuration management, and product lifecycle processes.
- Experience managing hardware NPI, production readiness, sustaining, and/or EOL programs.
- Demonstrated ability to lead complex cross-functional programs involving Engineering and Operations.
- Experience working with ERP/PLM systems and product master data.
