The Senior Manager, Wholesale Fulfillment leads the strategic and operational execution of Comfrt's Wholesale Distribution Center, ensuring our wholesale partners receive the right products, in the right quantities, at the right time, with complete inventory accuracy and competitive fulfillment timelines. This role owns the end-to-end flow of inventory across the wholesale network—from vendor inbound through outbound shipments to wholesale distribution partners—including 3PL coordination, allocation strategy, and master SKU management across multiple customer channels.

By driving operational excellence, fulfillment accuracy, cost efficiency, and partner satisfaction, this role directly impacts wholesale revenue, partner margins, customer retention, and Comfrt's competitive position in the wholesale channel.

The Senior Manager, Wholesale serves as the operational and strategic leader between the Wholesale DC, wholesale partners, vendor network, and HQ functions. This role partners closely with Wholesale Sales, Supply Planning, Vendor Management, Finance, Customer Success, and Technology to ensure seamless inventory flow from vendors into the Wholesale DC and out to wholesale partners. By owning 3PL performance scorecards, replenishment strategies, allocation logic, and partner SLA compliance, this role drives alignment on inventory priorities, surfaces supply chain risks early, and ensures partner feedback is integrated into DC and fulfillment processes.

Through strategic communication and cross-functional leadership, this position shapes supply chain culture, operational excellence, and partner-first thinking that extends across the entire wholesale channel.

• Own strategic and day-to-day operations of the Wholesale DC, holding the 3PL accountable to inbound, outbound, UPH, accuracy, and cost standards.
• Lead the operational cadence with the 3PL (daily huddles, W , M , Q ) and drive action against performance gaps; escape systemic issues and partner performance to leadership.
• Partner on labor planning, volume forecasting, capacity modeling, and peak readiness to ensure Wholesale DC can scale with partner growth and demand volatility.
• Own SOPs, process documentation, continuous improvement initiatives, and automation roadmap for Wholesale DC workflows (receiving, put‑away, pick, pack, ship, returns).
• Manage 3PL partner relationships at a strategic level; conduct business reviews, forecast discussions, and contract performance reviews.

• Coordinate inbound vendor shipments into the Wholesale DC, ensuring on-time receipt, clean put‑away, and compliance with vendor SLAs.
• Own wholesale order fulfillment, shipment scheduling, routing, and freight execution to meet wholesale partner order deadlines and SLA commitments.
• Partner with Supply Planning and Wholesale Sales on demand forecasting, allocation strategy, and inventory positioning across the wholesale partner base.
• Manage multi-node inventory transfers between Wholesale DC, ecomm DC, and retail locations, including inter‑partner transfers, recalls, and returns processing.
• Oversee master SKU management, product lifecycle flows, seasonal inventory balancing, and end‑of‑life product clearance across wholesale channels.
