The Senior Strategic Sourcing Agent leads sourcing initiatives supporting approximately $100M in direct and indirect spend for the Pall Aerospace business. This role partners closely with Sales, Engineering, Operations, and Global Sourcing teams to drive sourcing, outsourcing, in sourcing, subcontract management, and supplier strategies aligned with business objectives.

This position reports to the Senior Director of Supply Chain, is part of the Supply Chain organization, and will be fully remote. The role may require additional hours and weekend work to support business needs.

This position requires access to export-controlled commodities, technical data, technology, software, and services. U.S. citizenship, U.S. legal permanent resident status, protected person status, or U.S. Government export authorization is required. Any offer of employment is contingent upon Pall obtaining the necessary employment visa and export authorization, including, if required, an export license from the applicable U.S. government agency.

Physical/Environment Requirements:
Ability to travel as required, 25-35% expected. Must have a valid state-issued driver's license and the ability to safely operate a motor vehicle in support of job responsibilities. Must be capable of performing job duties in office, distribution, and customer-site settings, including occasional lifting, climbing stairs, and extended periods of mobility. It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
Knowledge of aerospace and defense programs, customers and products.

• Knowledge of aerospace and defense programs, customers and products.
• Knowledge of U.S. Government contracting processes: ITAR, FAR/DFAR regulations, Small Business Plans, Assertion of Commerciality procedures, price/cost analysis, building a contracting purchase order folder with government certifications (FFATA, DEBAR, Anti-Lobby, Responsibility Matters, CAS, etc).
• Experience with New Product Introduction processes and supporting internal stakeholders (specifically the coordination of RFQs; putting together, submitting, tracking, BOM review and analysis).
• Ability to develop relationships with suppliers.
• Ability to communicate effectively with all levels internally and externally.
• Possess very strong negotiating skills.
