** Position Summary

What You’ll Do    In this role, you’ll get hands-on with some of the biggest tires in the business. Your work will directly support public safety and keep the transit buses ready.

Pay Range: $24.24 - $44.64#
** Responsibilities
* ** Mount, balance, rotate, and repair large transit bus tires.
* Maintain tire equipment and tools — we count on you to keep things running smoothly.
* Load and unload tires and related materials.
* Keeping the work area clean and hazard-free — safety is always first.
* Participate in team meetings and stay up to date on procedures.
* Complete documentation and service logs accurately and on time.
* Use personal protective equipment and follow all safety protocols.
* Tackle other tasks as needed — there’s always something to learn.

** What It Takes
** We’re looking for someone who’s not afraid to get their hands dirty and thrives in a fast-paced, physically active environment.
** Physical Demands:
*** Frequent bending, lifting, and moving tires over 50 pounds (and pushing with over 100 lbs. of force).
* Exposure to heat in summer, cold in winter, and common cleaning or lubrication chemicals.
* Comfortable working with tools and machines in a shop environment.
** Path to Progression
** Full TIA Certification Pathway Provided:
Gain recognized credentials paid for by us. TIA (Tire Industry Association) certification is a formal credentialing program aimed at raising technical standards among tire service professionals.
