As a Painter, you are essential to the property’s ability to meet its readiness and leasing goals week-to-week. You will use your strong attention to professionally paint recently vacated apartments to help prepare them for rent to new residents.

• Work full-time, Monday through Friday.
• Maintain your own toolkit to complete work orders; use company or personal vehicle to move around property or pick up supplies.
• Prepare all paintable surfaces in the unit (patching, sanding, priming where needed).
• Neatly paint prepared surfaces and complete clean‑up and touch‑up work before the move‑in date.
• Produce professional-level paint jobs with minimal touch‑up work and mess.
• Ensure a safe working environment for the team and safe living environment for residents.

• Auto‑enrollment in the company 401(k) plan after 60 days of employment.
• New employees accrue 40 vacation hours in the first year and earn paid sick leave per state requirements.

• Ability to function well in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment.
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• A high school diploma or GED is required, with at least 1 year of relevant work experience.
• Prior experience in general building maintenance or painting in a commercial/residential environment preferred.
• Minimum age 18.
• Valid driver’s license.

• Expected work hours: 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, occasional weekends.
• Occasional travel in company‑owned or personal vehicle.
• Frequently lift or move items weighing up to 25 lb; occasionally up to 50 lb.
• Use hands to manipulate tools; adequate vision and stamina.
• Move around property: standing, walking, climbing stairs/ladders, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, in various weather.
• FLSA Status:
  Nonexempt.
