Maintenance Technician III

Hours:

8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Duration 4 Months
Duration: 3 months

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair down equipment, identifying root causes efficiently and effectively.

• Perform both scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on equipment.

• Provide solutions for recurring equipment problems or deficiencies.

• Conduct preventative maintenance according to PM specifications and safety procedures.

• Accurately document all corrective actions and repairs performed.

• Handle assignments ranging from routine to highly complex, requiring judgment and analysis to resolve problems.

• Assist with regular production tasks as needed.

• Continuously enhance skills through formal training and hands-on problem resolution.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Strong understanding of mechanical, electro-mechanical, hardware, and software systems in a development environment.

• Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings, wiring diagrams, and technical instructions.

• Proficient in understanding and applying technical operating, safety, and maintenance documents.

• Technical knowledge of Hard Disk Drives (HDD) and their components.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build trust and maintain effective relationships at all organizational levels.

• Self-motivated, capable of managing multiple tasks, and thrives in a collaborative team environment.

• Fluent in English (reading, writing, and speaking).
