Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Diagnose and repair down equipment, identifying root causes efficiently and effectively.
Perform both scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on equipment.
Provide solutions for recurring equipment problems or deficiencies.
Conduct preventative maintenance according to PM specifications and safety procedures.
Accurately document all corrective actions and repairs performed.
Handle assignments ranging from routine to highly complex, requiring judgment and analysis to resolve problems.
Assist with regular production tasks as needed.
Continuously enhance skills through formal training and hands-on problem resolution.
Skills and Qualifications:
Strong understanding of mechanical, electro-mechanical, hardware, and software systems in a development environment.
Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings, wiring diagrams, and technical instructions.
Proficient in understanding and applying technical operating, safety, and maintenance documents.
Technical knowledge of Hard Disk Drives (HDD) and their components.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build trust and maintain effective relationships at all organizational levels.
Self-motivated, capable of managing multiple tasks, and thrives in a collaborative team environment.
Fluent in English (reading, writing, and speaking).
