Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Project Manager located in San Jose, CA. The Project Manager will plan, execute, and finalize projects, ensuring they meet deadlines, budgets, and quality standards. Day-to-day responsibilities include overseeing project timelines, managing logistics, facilitating inspections, coordinating with expeditors, and ensuring smooth project execution. The candidate will communicate with clients, contractors, and team members to maintain alignment and address project requirements.
Qualifications- Proficiency in Project Management and the ability to oversee project execution from start to finish
- Skills in Expediting and working effectively with vendors to manage project timelines
- Experience in Inspection processes and ensuring compliance with construction standards and regulations
- Proficiency in Logistics Management and coordinating resources and scheduling
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with design-build processes and construction regulations
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management, architecture, engineering, or a related field is preferred
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven project management experience in construction or related industries
- Proficiency in project management tools and software is a plus
