Job Summary

Air Systems is seeking a highly motivated MEP Project Manager to join our dynamic team in San Jose, CA. As our MEP Project Manager, you’ll coordinate multiple high-profile projects, deliver exceptional value to our clients, and lead an energized, collaborative team to success.

• Lead and manage multiple HVAC MEP projects from inception to completion, coordinating with internal teams, clients, and subcontractors.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Develop project scopes, budgets, and timelines; oversee cost estimates, procurement, and scheduling.
• Mentor and lead project teams, fostering accountability and excellence.
• Troubleshoot issues, mitigate risks, and maintain smooth operations throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure accurate and up-to-date project documentation including plans, contracts, and reports.
• Execute projects in compliance with safety standards and company policies, upholding the highest quality standards.

• Minimum 1 year experience as a Project Manager in the HVAC/MEP industry.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Project); familiarity with project management software is a plus.
• Strong communicator, organized, and problem-solver.
• Proven leadership experience with a collaborative approach that drives results.
• Strong interpersonal and client relations skills with a proactive approach to customer service.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and handle changing priorities.

$130,000 - $150,000 per year based on experience.
