Operations Manager

We are a family owned and operated business in search of an experienced manager with recent and relevant experience.

The Operations Manager is responsible for managing the full operating procedures for our San Jose location.

Duties include, but are not limited to: scheduling, direct supervision, production, communicating with executive staff, communicating with clients, managing daily operations, planning the use of materials and resources, and coordinating the daily activities of a transit advertising installation company.

The ideal candidate will be a able to make solid individual decisions and will be a master at motivating and managing crew to accomplish daily goals. Must able to communicate effectively in a professional manner, both in verbal and written mediums.

Core duties include: manage the scheduling team, perform daily communication with clients, ensure installation production team is performing at optimal production, assist with installations.

Work schedule:

7:30am-4:30pm, Monday thru Friday but may be required to work outside of these hours when needed. Some evening and night responsibilities. Must be flexible to market demands.

Job Type: Full-time, Salary, Exempt

Must have a good driving record and a valid CA driver license.

• Manager: 3 years (Required)
• Field Experience in installation, construction, trades, maintenance, or similar. 2 years (Required)
• Out of home industry experience preferred
• Management experience in a Field Production setting a must
