Our Pay Pal, Venmo, and Xoom products also make it safer and simpler for friends and family to transfer funds to each other. We offer merchants an end‑to‑end payments solution that provides authorization and settlement capabilities, as well as instant access to funds and payouts. We also help merchants connect with their customers, process exchanges and returns, and manage risk.

We enable consumers to engage in cross‑border shopping and merchants to extend their global reach while reducing the complexity and friction involved in enabling cross‑border trade.

This role oversees the implementation and optimization of large‑scale systems, ensuring alignment with business processes to enhance operational efficiency. As the Senior Director of Enterprise Systems, you will lead a large‑scale global technology organization delivering critical enterprise platforms across HR, Legal and Employee Experience.

You will oversee multiple functional domains spanning HR Systems, Employee Experience Technology and Legal Technology leading a global team across the US and APAC.

• Develop and articulate a clear, compelling enterprise systems vision and strategy in alignment with Pay Pal‑wide strategy and operations that inspires others
• Oversee and direct the creation of enterprise systems strategy across Pay Pal, with direct impact on Pay Pal revenue, expense, budget, and growth
• Negotiate with and influence the decision‑making of senior internal and external executives and decision‑makers
• Inspire group leaders and directors to cultivate a team environment where everyone can perform at their best and receive opportunities for development; build and develop talent to meet long‑term business objectives and strategy
• Focus on the long‑term success and strategy of enterprise systems
• Anticipate future business needs and position platforms for 3‑5 year scalability
• Partner with C‑suite executives (CHROs, General Counsel, CFO) to translate business needs into scalable technology solutions while driving platform modernization
• Establish architectural standards, technology roadmaps, and investment priorities aligned with Pay Pal's long‑term objectives, making decisions that may have long‑term effects on Pay Pal's success
