Supervisor, Management, Operations Manager

Aero AD is seeking an experienced and driven Team Supervisor to lead our crew of Cleaning Specialists. This is a hands‑on field leadership role, you'll be on the aircraft alongside your team, setting the standard for quality, safety, and professionalism on every job.

• Lead and direct a crew of Cleaning Specialists during active aircraft detailing operations
• Perform and oversee exterior, interior detailing, brightwork, polishing, and specialty services
• Conduct quality control inspections before and after job completion, you’re the final sign‑off
• Train, mentor, and develop team members in proper techniques, safety protocols, and Aero AD standards
• Ensure all work is performed using aviation‑approved products and procedures
• Maintain a safe, professional, and organized work environment on the ramp at all times
• Serve as the primary point of communication between crew and management
• Monitor crew performance, pace, and morale throughout each shift

• 2+ years of aircraft detailing or aviation cleaning experience — required
• Prior supervisory, crew lead, or team lead experience strongly preferred
• Deep knowledge of aviation‑approved detailing products and safety handling procedures
• Strong attention to detail and an uncompromising standard for quality
• Comfortable working outdoors, around aircraft, and in varying conditions
• Ability to lift 40 lbs and remain on your feet for extended periods
• Reliable transportation and schedule flexibility (some nights/weekends may be required)
• Clear communicator with a calm, professional presence under pressure
