HVAC Warehouse and Fleet Manager [Hybrid Role]

TRIO Heating & Air, a leader in HVAC services in San Jose, CA, is seeking a dynamic individual to fill the role of Warehouse and Fleet Manager. This hybrid position offers a unique opportunity to oversee multiple critical functions within our organization, including warehouse management and fleet operations.

Warehouse, Purchasing, and Fleet Manager

Location:

San Jose, CA 95112 Compensation:
Competitive salary, commensurate with experience

Key Responsibilities:

Warehouse Management:

  • Oversee the organization and maintenance of the warehouse, ensuring efficient operations and inventory control.
  • Coordinate with the service department to fulfill equipment and material needs for HVAC projects.
  • Implement best practices for warehouse safety and security.

Purchasing Coordination:

  • Manage the purchasing process, including sourcing, negotiating, and procuring materials and supplies.
  • Collaborate with vendors to maintain favorable relationships and secure competitive pricing.
  • Ensure timely delivery of materials to meet project deadlines.

Fleet Operations:

  • Supervise the maintenance and upkeep of the company's fleet of vehicles.
  • Coordinate vehicle inspections, repairs, and registrations to ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Optimize fleet utilization and efficiency while controlling costs.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in warehouse management, purchasing, and/or fleet operations.
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of inventory management systems and procurement processes.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
