Pay Rates (effective 1/30/2026):

• Day: $/hr
• Swing: $/hr

What you’ll do:

• Detrashing and recycling from production areas
• Sorting, flattening, and transporting recyclable materials
• Material prep and general warehouse support

Good fit if you:

• Enjoy hands-on, physical work
• Can stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
• Work well as part of a team and follow directions

Pay Rates (effective 1/30/2026):

• Day: $23.00/hr
• Swing: $24.50/hr

Important – Please Read:

This role involves heavy lifting for approximately 95% of the shift
. Candidates must be comfortable performing continuous, physically demanding loading work throughout the day.

What you’ll do:

• Load high volumes of racks and materials throughout the shift
• Move materials from staging areas to loading zones
• Perform limited scanning/system tasks (approx. 5–10% of shift)

Good fit if you:

• Prefer physically demanding work and staying active all shift
• Can regularly lift 50 lbs and work on your feet
• Are reliable, safety-focused, and team-oriented

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of San Jose, CA.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr.
