Assembler - Level 4

Job Description

You will report directly to our Sr ISC Operations Manager, and you’ll work out of our San Jose, CA location on an On‑site work schedule.

As an Assembler – Level 4 at Honeywell, you will assemble and inspect complex mechanical and electronic components to ensure they meet quality standards. You will work with a team of skilled professionals to produce high‑quality products that meet our customers' needs. Your attention to detail and commitment to excellence will be critical in maintaining the high standards of our production processes.

In this role, you will impact the efficiency and quality of our production line, ensuring that our products are assembled correctly and meet all specifications. Your work will contribute to the overall success of our manufacturing operations and help us deliver top‑notch products to our customers.

• Work in a production environment to provide mechanical assembly support on complex microwave subsystems, meeting daily output goals established by your lead.
• Build circuit card assemblies, including manually soldering both surface‑mount and through‑hole components and applying conformal coating after soldering.
• Carefully follow production documentation and processes, including keeping detailed records of rework performed.
• Actively participate in daily production meetings.

• 5+ years’ experience working as a mechanical/solder assembler in a production environment.
• Experience with small hand tools such as tweezers and torque drivers and working under a microscope.
• Experience soldering small surface‑mount and through‑hole parts.
• Ability to obtain and maintain security clearance.
• Eligibility as a US Person under U.S. export laws.

• IPC‑610 certification (a plus).
• High School Diploma.
• Basic computer skills, including completing online training, email, and computerized time‑keeping.
• Good written and verbal skills and ability to carefully follow written instructions.

For California, the annual base salary range is $65,625–$73,812.50. This salary information serves as a general guideline;
