Service Engineer - CNC Machinery

Mechanical Service Engineer to service clients on the West Coast including Canada and Mexico. Extensive travel is required.

• Install and set up newly purchased machine(s) at customer location
• Repair machines / Service visits
• Training during installations
• Training on site or at the office
• Provide in-house technical support (strong hands‑on repair and troubleshooting experience required)
• 80% to 100% travel required including but not limited to the U.S., Canada and Mexico. Most travel is between 1 to 5 days, but candidate must be open to travel according to clients’ needs.

• Experience and knowledge with CNC cutting tools, hydraulics, pneumatics; mechanical and electrical skills (ability to read electrical blueprints)
• Must possess great oral and written communication skills
• Advanced skills in MS Office (Word, Excel)
• Must have clean and valid driver’s license
• Must have a valid U.S. passport
• Willingness and availability to travel as required
