Position: Assembler - Level 2 (Packaging - Day Shift)

In this role, you will impact product quality and operational efficiency by accurately assembling components according to specifications, supporting continuous improvement initiatives, and maintaining compliance with safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assemble mechanical and electrical components following detailed work instructions and blueprints to meet quality and production standards.
  • Perform routine inspections and tests on assembled products to ensure compliance with specifications and identify defects.
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to troubleshoot assembly issues and implement corrective actions.
Qualifications

Day Shift (M-F)

The hourly pay range for this position is $26.15 - $32.70. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. You Must Have
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience working in mechanical or electrical assembly in a manufacturing environment.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience working under a microscope.
  • Ability to use small hand-tools such as tweezers and microscope.
  • Basic computer skills for documenting defects and time charging.
  • This position requires access to technology, materials, software or hardware that is controlled by U.S. export laws. In order to be eligible for this position, you must be a “U.S. Person” under U.S. export laws (or eligible for approval under a U.S. Government export license).
We Value
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 1–3 years of experience in assembly or manufacturing roles.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and be self‑motivated.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and participate in problem solving when process and quality issues come up.
  • Experience working in a fast‑paced production environment with a focus on quality and safety.
