Maintenance Technician

Our client, a leader in semiconductor manufacturing, is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join their team. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be part of the Operations support team, ensuring the seamless functioning of critical manufacturing equipment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Sun-Tues, and every other Sat from 7p-7:30a
Wed-Fri, and every other Sat from 7p-7:30a

** What's the Job?*
* + Support semiconductor manufacturing operations in a Class 100 cleanroom environment

+ Maintain, troubleshoot, and improve production equipment to ensure high performance, quality, and uptime

+ Perform preventive maintenance (PM) according to schedule and established procedures

+ Accurately document all maintenance activities and equipment performance in tracking systems

+ Partner with Engineering, Manufacturing, and Leadership to improve KPIs and equipment performance

** What's Needed?*
* + Minimum 3 years of experience in semiconductor equipment maintenance, including vacuum, photolithography, or wet/plating technologies

+ Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills

+ Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and mechanical drawings

+ Solid understanding of failure analysis and root cause problem-solving

+ Working knowledge of control systems and/or PLCs
