Warehouse Associate

Our client, in the digital printing and technology services industry, is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join their team. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be part of the Operations Department supporting the production and logistics team. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

** 9am-5:30pm

** What's the Job?*
* + Prioritize incoming orders based on customer needs, workload, media, finishing, bindery, and machine capabilities.

+ Estimate time and media requirements; inform the production manager and/or client of any requests that can't be met and give recommendations to fulfill client needs.

+ Receive, process, and modify client files as needed to print by specifications.

+ Operate and maintain printers, bindery, and finishing equipment.

+ Package completed projects for Will-Call, Delivery, or Shipping.

** What's Needed?*
* + High School Diploma or Equivalent

+

Experience with color reprographics, design, or file/print editing software is preferred.

+ Ability to operate printing and finishing equipment, including flatbed printers.

+ Strong communication skills for customer interaction via email and telephone.

+ Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and maneuver prints, media, and substrates carefully.
