Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Equipment Calibration Coordinator to oversee the calibration and maintenance of all equipment in support of the service groups. The ideal candidate will possess strong Microsoft Office skills and have a solid understanding of calibration processes, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and schedule calibration and maintenance/repair activities for all equipment.
- Assist in the purchasing and maintenance of equipment, parts, and consumables for service teams.
- Maintain accurate records of calibration results and equipment status using Microsoft Excel and other software.
- Develop and update calibration procedures and documentation as needed.
- Collaborate with service teams to ensure timely calibration and repairs.
- Monitor and track calibration schedules to ensure compliance with internal and external standards.
- Assist in the preparation for audits and inspections by maintaining organized documentation.
- Provide training and support to staff on calibration processes and equipment usage.
- Maintain financial records and provide quarterly reports.
- Analyze calibration data to identify trends and recommend improvements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Engineering, Quality Assurance, or similar) preferred.
- Proven experience in equipment calibration or a related role.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word and knowledge of data bases.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of relevant industry standards and regulations (e.g., ISO, GMP) is a plus.
Hourly Compensation: $32.50-$37.50 per year.
