ITest Inc is looking for a skilled Semiconductor Test Operator to join our growing team in San Jose, CA — the heart of Silicon Valley. This is an exciting opportunity to work on cutting-edge semiconductor technology in a fast-paced, high-tech environment where your precision and expertise truly matter.

• Operate automated test equipment (ATE) to perform functional and parametric testing of semiconductor devices
• Load and unload wafers, dies, or packaged ICs onto test handlers and probers
• Monitor test yields and report anomalies or out-of-spec results to engineering staff
• Perform routine equipment maintenance, calibration checks, and basic troubleshooting
• Document test data, lot traveler information, and production records accurately
• Follow ESD protocols, cleanroom procedures, and all safety guidelines
• Collaborate with process and test engineers to support continuous improvement initiatives

• High school diploma or GED required; technical degree or certification in electronics preferred
• Prior experience in semiconductor testing, wafer probing, or back-end manufacturing a plus
• Familiarity with ATE platforms, test handlers, and probe stations
• Basic understanding of electrical components, circuits, and semiconductor devices
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow precise written procedures
• Ability to work in a cleanroom environment and adhere to ESD safety standards
• Reliable, team-oriented, and comfortable working in a production shift environment
