We are seeking motivated Assemblers to support the production of electronic components, circuit boards, and technology products in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with assembly, production, manufacturing, or electronics experience who are looking for stable employment and long-term growth.
Responsibilities- Assemble electronic components, circuit boards, and subassemblies following written instructions and visual aids.
- Perform repetitive assembly tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Inspect parts and completed assemblies to ensure quality standards are met.
- Use hand tools, barcode scanners, and production equipment.
- Label, package, and handle products according to specifications.
- Maintain accurate production records and replenish materials as needed.
- Follow all safety, quality, and manufacturing procedures.
- Maintain a clean, organized work area and support team production goals.
- Previous assembly, manufacturing, production, or warehouse experience preferred.
- Experience working with electronic components, circuit boards, or small parts is a plus.
- Comfortable using hand tools and working with detailed assembly processes.
- Ability to read and follow written instructions, diagrams, and visual work aids.
- Basic computer skills and strong attention to detail.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment.
- PCB or circuit board assembly experience.
- SMT assembly experience.
- Microscope inspection or small-parts assembly.
- Electronic or mechanical assembly experience.
- Quality inspection and documentation experience.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract position based out of San Jose, CA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.55 - $33.41/hr individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
