ARC Document Solutions is seeking a Print Production Operator to support high-volume digital and large-format printing for AEC and business clients. In this role, you'll set up and run print jobs from digital files, ensuring accuracy, color quality, and timely delivery. Responsibilities include operating printers and finishing equipment, performing quality checks, and completing tasks such as cutting, binding, and laminating. You'll collaborate with customer service teams, follow production workflows, and help maintain equipment.

Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain digital and large-format print equipment to produce high-quality documents and graphics
- Set up print jobs from digital files, ensuring correct formatting, color, and finishing specifications
- Monitor print runs, perform quality checks, and adjust settings to meet client standards and deadlines
- Handle finishing tasks such as cutting, binding, laminating, and mounting materials
- Manage job tickets, prioritize workload, and meet tight turnaround times in a fast-paced environment
- Collaborate with customer service and sales teams to clarify job requirements and resolve production issues
- Perform routine equipment cleaning, minor maintenance, and coordinate service when needed
- Follow company procedures for file handling, data security, and safe operation of equipment
- Support continuous improvement by suggesting workflow, quality, and efficiency enhancements
- Provide excellent service by communicating job status and ensuring accurate, on-time deliveries
