Job Opportunity in San Jose
Join our team in San Jose, a vibrant city in the heart of Silicon Valley known for its innovation and cultural diversity. We are seeking a skilled professional to operate, monitor, and support pouch cell assembly equipment, ensuring production requirements are met. This role involves preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and basic repairs to maintain equipment reliability and uptime.
Responsibilities- Operate, monitor, and support pouch cell assembly equipment to meet production requirements.
- Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and basic repairs to ensure equipment reliability and uptime.
- Follow all established safety regulations, procedures, and cleanroom protocols.
- Report unsafe conditions, equipment issues, and maintenance concerns to appropriate personnel.
- Maintain a clean, organized work environment in accordance with 5S and Lean Manufacturing principles.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment performance and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve equipment and process issues.
- Accurately document maintenance activities, equipment status, and repairs.
- Perform additional duties and projects assigned by management.
- Experience in semiconductor, battery manufacturing, or other high-tech manufacturing environments.
- Familiarity with cleanroom protocols and semiconductor manufacturing practices.
- Strong understanding of 5S and Lean Manufacturing principles.
- Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Self-motivated with the ability to take initiative and drive results.
- Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
This position requires flexibility to work Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm, to meet production demands.
