Job Summary

We are seeking motivated Assembler Operators for a temp-to-hire opportunity in San Jose, CA, supporting a fast-paced computer hardware production environment. This role is ideal for dependable candidates who enjoy hands-on assembly work, following detailed instructions, and working with precision.

As an Assembler Operator, you will help with battery removal, scanning, packaging, and box building processes. The work environment values strong work ethic, clear communication, teamwork, and the ability to ask questions when support is needed. Candidates who are detail-oriented, reliable, and eager to build experience in manufacturing and production will have the opportunity to contribute to a stable team with supportive leadership and clear expectations.

• Unpack batteries from eBook devices and prepare materials for the production process.
• Remove batteries using a special tool while following established safety and handling procedures.
• Scan batteries accurately and ensure product information is properly captured.
• Package batteries and completed materials with attention to quality and detail.
• Follow written and verbal instructions, take notes as needed, and ask for assistance when problems arise.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and productive work area in a manufacturing environment.

• Pay range: $20.00 to $23.00 per hour.

• Swing shift: 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM.
