Shipping Clerk Day Shift

Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a Shipping Clerk Day Shift to join their team. As a Shipping Clerk Day Shift, you will be part of the Shipping/Receiving department supporting the logistics and shipping operations. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: San Jose, CA

Pay Range: $19

Shift: Day Shift (Monday to Friday)

• Understand and follow the daily shipping schedule to ensure timely dispatch of parts
• Follow work orders to mark, clean, and package parts accurately
• Maintain quality standards during packing and shipping processes
• Communicate effectively with the supervisor regarding schedule updates and potential issues
• Ensure all shipping activities comply with safety and quality protocols

• Basic proficiency in reading and writing in English
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• General education background
• Ability to follow instructions and communicate clearly
