This role is responsible for Public Relations, Media & Events Manager is responsible for shaping and amplifying the company’s brand narrative through strategic media relations, PR campaigns, thought leadership, and owned events. This role serves as a key liaison between the company and media, influencers, and internal stakeholders, ensuring communications are consistent, compelling, and timely—and support business and brand objectives.
Qualifications PR & Media- Build PR strategy & plans aligned to business priorities and launch roadmap.
- Partner with the in‑house Copywriter on PR content; own direction, briefs, review cycles, approvals, and distribution.
- Manage media relationships and drive proactive opportunities (briefings, interviews, bylines, awards, speaking).
- Prepare spokespeople (briefing docs, Q&A, talking points); manage inbound inquiries and issues escalation.
- Own the events program: trade shows, customer/partner events, media moments, sponsor ships, executive engagements.
- Set objectives, budgets, timelines, staffing plans, and deliverables; lead key events end‑to‑end.
- Ensure brand consistency across booth/experience, assets, messaging, and on‑site execution.
- Run debriefs and ensure follow‑up actions are documented and completed.
- Manage PR agencies and event vendors; own SOWs, timelines, and quality.
- Manage PR/events budgets within scope; track spend and outcomes.
- Lead and develop the Events & Media Coordinator; set weekly priorities and execution standards.
- Coordinate day‑to‑day priorities across key partners (Sales and Marketing, plus Product/Operations as needed) to ensure timelines, approvals, and follow‑through stay on track.
- 5+ years in PR/communications and events (consumer experience strongly preferred).
- Proven media relations capability and launch support experience.
- Proven event ownership from planning through on‑site execution.
- Strong executive communication, project management, and approval discipline.
- Hardware/semiconductor/storage/manufacturing experience.
