The Company is in search of a Head of Product Development to spearhead the creation of a new kind of health brand. The successful candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end product development process, from initial concept to market launch, with a strong emphasis on scientific rigor and customer-centric design.
This role requires the ability to translate market trends and consumer insights into compelling product propositions, as well as leading cross‑functional teams to ensure high‑quality, compliant, and timely product launches.
The Head of Product Development will also be tasked with driving continuous product improvement and building a high‑performing product function that is agile and responsive to the dynamic digital landscape.
Applicants must have a minimum of 10 years' experience in product development for consumer health, OTC, or nutraceutical brands, with a proven track record in launching successful health‑related products, preferably in D2C or digitally native environments. A deep understanding of scientific formulation, regulatory guidelines, and product claims within the U.S. market is essential. The role demands exceptional collaboration skills, an entrepreneurial mindset, and a hands‑on approach, particularly in a fast‑paced, resource‑conscious, startup or scale‑up environment.
Performance metrics for this position include time‑to‑market, product‑level margin optimization, consumer engagement, and compliance with regulatory and quality standards.
