Responsibilities
The mission of Brand Innovation team is to help business achieve their true branding goals with flexibility, efficiency, and creativity, while seamlessly marrying Tik Tok's most compelling user experiences into branding experiences.
As the Product Marketing Manager for Brand Innovation, you will be responsible for setting the go-to-market strategy for Tik Tok's solutions focused on driving adoption of our internal and external planning and forecasting tools. You will partner closely with various cross-functional stakeholders in agency and client sales, product management, partnerships, and business marketing to assess key gaps and develop the strategic direction for our proprietary planner and API solutions.
You will use your experience and marketing knowledge working with advertising products to develop the GTM strategy and lead outbound, bring together cross-functional stakeholders to execute on their plans, and align with senior product leadership around those plans. You will leverage your research and investigative skill to evaluate internal and external user behavior, understand market trends, including competitive and how these apply to our overall strategy.
Responsibilities:
- As part of the broader brand product team, you will partner with Sales leadership and Global Responsibility Marketing to set long-term objectives and develop product strategies and operation for our Tik Tok Planner and RC API.
- Partner with internal cross-functional teams to develop and execute go-to-market plans and create sales enablement content, driving adoption with external and internal users.
- Lead trainings with internal stakeholders landing the value proposition and nuances of the product suite.
- Partner closely with the sales team and clients to deeply understand and synthesize market needs, opportunity sizing, and product pain points to inform the direction of product development and influence roadmap.
- Build an understanding of Tik Tok advertising and planning products and leverage these products to achieve customer goals.
Minimum Qualifications:
- BA/BS degree or above.
- 3+ years of product marketing or product management experience with digital/social ad products.
- 1+ years of experience in the digital advertising industry, ad measurement, or advertising planning and forecasting.
- Strong knowledge of sales and marketing processes.
- Ability to build strong compelling narratives and simplify marketing messaging to resonate with different audiences.
Preferred Qualifications:
- A fast learner with a good sense of judgment and original thinking.
- A commercial mindset with experience building business cases from market research and analysis.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills with the ability to juggle multiple stakeholders.
