LGTC Group is a multi-site behavioral health organization providing evidence-based mental health services across California. We are seeking a Community Outreach Coordinator to support referral development, community engagement, and relationship‑building efforts across our programs and locations.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys people‑facing work, relationship management, and representing an organization professionally in the community.
ResponsibilitiesThe Community Outreach Coordinator supports and maintains relationships with referral partners, community organizations, and healthcare providers. This role focuses on outreach execution, follow‑up, coordination, and tracking—working closely with admissions and marketing to support steady referral growth.
- Support outreach efforts to referral partners, community providers, and organizations
- Schedule and attend outreach meetings, presentations, and local events
- Prepare and distribute outreach materials and information packets
- Maintain regular follow‑up with referral sources and partners
- Track outreach activity, referrals, and contacts in CRM systems
- Coordinate with admissions to support referral intake and communication
- Represent LGTC Group professionally and in alignment with brand and compliance standards
- 1–3 years of experience in outreach, community relations, business development, or related field
- Strong interpersonal and relationship‑building skills
- Professional verbal and written communication skills
- Organized, reliable, and comfortable managing follow‑up tasks
- On‑site availability with local travel required
- Experience in healthcare, behavioral health, or social services
- Familiarity with referral‑based environments
- Experience using CRM or contact tracking tools (training provided)
- Interest in mental health and community-based care
