- Provide comprehensive primary care services under physician supervision
- Assess, diagnose, and treat patients across preventive, acute & chronic care
- Prescribe medications and develop treatment plans
- Conduct physical exams, review vitals, and patient histories
- Educate patients on disease management, medications, and prevention
- Collaborate with integrated care teams, including behavioral health
- Refer patients to subspecialists as needed
- Participate in on-call rotation and clinical quality initiatives
- Maintain accurate, compliant clinical documentation
Requirements
- Master’s degree or higher as a Nurse Practitioner (or PA equivalent)
- Current DEA registration
- 2+ years of clinical experience
- Background in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Pediatrics
- Strong teamwork, communication, and clinical judgment skills
- Bilingual preferred (Mandarin, Cantonese, Spanish, Tagalog, Farsi, or Vietnamese)
