Full-Time LVN Supervisor White Blossom Care Center – San Jose, CA Full-Time | Benefitted Position Starting at $43/hr White Blossom Care Center is seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable LVN Supervisor to join our team. We are a resident-centered skilled nursing facility committed to delivering exceptional care, supporting our staff, and fostering a positive, collaborative work environment.
Position Summary The LVN Supervisor oversees nursing staff and daily clinical operations during assigned shifts. This role ensures high-quality resident care, regulatory compliance, and effective communication between team members, residents, and families.
Key Responsibilities
* Supervise and support LVNs, CNAs, and other care staff
* Ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality nursing care
* Assist with assessments, treatments, and medication administration
* Participate in care planning and interdisciplinary coordination
* Maintain accurate, timely documentation
* Respond professionally to resident and family concerns
* Promote teamwork, communication, and a positive culture Requirements
* Active California LVN license
* Previous charge nurse or supervisory experience preferred
* Strong clinical judgment and leadership skills
* Excellent communication and organizational abilities
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
* Commitment to resident-centered care
