The Perinatal Nurse Manager will oversee a busy and highly regarded unit with approximately 350–500 births per month
. This high‑volume service line provides comprehensive care across labor, delivery, and immediate postpartum services. As a Maternity Unit Nurse Manager, you will lead initiatives focused on patient safety, clinical excellence, and operational efficiency. The unit is equipped with modern technology and supported by a strong interdisciplinary team. This is an exciting opportunity to make a direct impact in a fast‑paced, high‑acuity environment.

Reporting directly to the Director of Women’s Services, this Maternal‑child health unit leadership role will guide and support a team of approximately 25 FTEs
. As a Perinatal quality and patient safety focused leader, you will collaborate with a diverse team of nurses, physicians and healthcare professionals.
