Nurse Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated nurse supervisor to oversee the delivery of high‑quality patient care, ensure regulatory compliance, and lead nursing staff while fostering a positive work culture based on respect, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities
  • Supervise and evaluate nursing staff to ensure compliance with care standards and regulations.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans for residents in collaboration with the healthcare team.
  • Monitor patient health status and provide clinical guidance as needed.
  • Conduct regular staff meetings and facilitate effective communication among team members.
  • Ensure the facility maintains high standards of patient safety and quality of care.
  • Participate in staff training and development, providing mentorship to junior nurses.
  • Manage patient admissions, discharges, and transitions of care to ensure seamless services.
Qualifications
  • Valid and unrestricted RN/LVN license in California.
  • Minimum 2 years of nursing experience in a skilled nursing or similar facility.
  • Previous nursing supervisory experience in a healthcare setting.
  • Strong knowledge of state and federal healthcare regulations.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced and dynamic environment.
