Location:

Northern CA, San Jose area

Shift: Day shift

Workdays: 5 days/week, Monday through Friday

Working Hours:

6-7 hours per day.

Job Schedule:

Full-time, 32-35 hours per week.

Job Level: Individual Contributor

Pay range:
Varies, commensurate with experience, competitive

Physical setting:
Independent outpatient clinic

• Prior experience of 3 or more years working in a clinical environment.
• Medicare provider. PECOS registration .
• Current California State license in good standing as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.
• Other certifications as required by CA.
• DEA registration.
