Registered Nurse (RN) | Medical-Surgical
Location: King City, CA
Agency: Conflux Systems Inc
Pay: $67 to $69 per hour
Shift Information: Nights - 3 days x 12 hours
Contract Duration: 13 Weeks
Start Date: ASAP
About the PositionTravel Nurse Source is working with Conflux Systems Inc to find a qualified Med/Surg RN in King City, California, 93930!
Core Responsibilities- Patient assessment: Check vital signs, monitor symptoms, and recognize changes in condition
- Medication administration: Give IV, oral, and injectable medications safely
- Post-op care: Monitor patients after surgery for complications like infection or bleeding
- Care planning: Develop and update individualized care plans
- Wound care: Dress surgical wounds and prevent infection
- Coordination: Work with doctors, therapists, and other staff for holistic care
- Documentation: Maintain accurate, timely patient records
Experience 2+ years experience required ACLS REQUIRED Must have an Active CA RN License
