JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at a skilled nursing facility.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Conduct thorough assessments of residents' health status and needs.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans based on assessments.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
  • Monitor residents' progress and make necessary adjustments to care plans.
  • Provide education to residents and families about health conditions and care options.
  • Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal care.
  • Document all aspects of patient care accurately and timely in electronic records.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Fresh or newly licensed RNs are welcome.
  • Experienced RN is preferred.
  • Experience in a skilled nursing facility/long-term care/senior care is a plus.
  • A valid and active California license as a Registered Nurse is required.
  • Must have an active BLS through the American Heart Association.
  • Must have an active CPR Certification.
  • Interest in working with the geriatric population.
  • Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
